      從事非細胞體系核重建研究,非細胞體系核重建即是在離體生理條件下進行細胞核裝配的研究體系,這個體系為研究細胞核重建過程提供了可能。在非細胞體系核重建中通過改變非細胞體系組分,可以精确地研究細胞核重建過程及各組分在核重建中的作用,進而可對細胞分裂機制和周期調控機制進行研究。
　　做了兩方面的工作：①非洲爪蟾去膜精子在植物胚珠提取物中實現非細胞體系核重建，植物煙草胚珠提取物用于非細胞體系核重建,為離體核重建研究提供了又一模式和實驗體系；②動物爪蟾卵提取物誘導植物諸葛菜去膜精子實現非細胞體系核重建，動物膜泡在去凝集的植物染色質周圍逐漸融合形成雙層核膜，用細胞分級抽提整裝電子顯微鏡技 術觀察到重建核中有核骨架結構的形成。
